The Citizens League invites you on a tour of local neighborhoods and their energy efficiency innovations this weekend. In partnership with the Corcoran Neighborhood Association, the Green Building Energy Tour includes visits to three different building projects. Register today to save your spot in the carpool!

Green Building Energy Tour

Saturday, June 21st 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Meet at Midtown Farmers Market 
2225 East Lake Street, Minneapolis 

Emerging Leaders is partnering with the Corcoran Neighborhood Organization to highlight innovations in energy efficient building and discuss the Citizen League’s current work on electrical energy.


From the Midtown Farmers Market, the group will carpool and visit three projects, each with a particular focus on their community and sustainability: Hawthorne EcoVillage, The Rose – Hope Community, and MinnePHit Passivhaus. We'll end with lunch (on us!) and discussion.

    Thank you for sharing the information.

    The tours on green building is helping a lot for the construction of the building which is helping in checking the sustainability of the building by inspecting different types of building factors like water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources etc.

    There are number of companies who are providing the service of green building as well as leed certification and while surfing on internet, I came across a site named as Spinnaker Group who is providing the service in LEED energy model.
